New To Parmele?

We welcome you to our town!  Here are some helpful resources as you get settled into our quaint little town:

Water/Sewer

Water and Sewer service is provided by the Town of Robersonville.  Come into the Town Hall to fill out a water connection application.  Please bring a photo ID and copy of your Social Security card.  The connection fee is $150.00 if you are new to the Town of Parmele.  The sewer connect tap fee is $500.00.  Once this has been completed, the water manager will come to your home and turn your water on to make sure there are no leaks in the home.  Once that is complete, the application will go to the Town of Robersonville.  From that point, the Town of Robersonville will initiate the water billing. 

Fire

The Robersonville Fire Department serves the Town of Parmele.

EMS

The Town of Parmele is served by either Robersonville or Martin County EMS.

Electric

Electric service is provided by Dominion Energy.

Telephone/Internet

CenturyLink or Suddenlink Communications offers telephone and internet service in the Town of Parmele.

Trash Pickup

Trash Pickup is every Tuesday by Waste Industries.  Please have trash out at the curb by early morning on Tuesdays.  Memo to Residents | Flyer

Parmele Post Office

The Parmele Post Office is located next to Town Hall at 1063 James Road in Parmele.  Retail Hours are Monday through Saturday from 9:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.  Access to Post Office Boxes is available Monday through Saturday from 9:30 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.  Their phone number is (252) 795-4678.
